I haven't made up my own recipes yet... this is my 15th or so batch and only 6th all grain.
Left overs
11# 6-row
1oz columbus 14.5%
1/2oz cascade 5.0%
... also have strawberry flavoring...
yeasts have german kolsch, american lager, nottingham,
Weihenstephan 3068

possibly good? any thoughts helpful but i can't order anything else to use and be able to brew tommorrow since i'm off :ban:

german kolsch yeast

strawberry flavoring at bottling/kegging
 
great... thanks for replies... brewing went great! Still on fence about strawberry... may do 1/2 batch and compare
