What Brewers best kit would help me achieve a beer thats closest to blue moon?

I would try the Witbier kit. I've never made their recipe and on their website it just says "Spice Pack". Some coriander and orange peel is usually the norm.

As Wayne will tell you, you want to use a neutral yeast and not a belgian wit yeast so that the citrus flavor will come though. I have a blue moon-ish beer fermenting right now and cant wait to try it out
wayne recommended to me to use S-05.. I have made several batches and it may not be 100% blue moon, it is damned good beer. In fact I have ben asked to make it for a wedding reception. I have 2 batches ready to keg and one to make.
