I normally plan my brew days, but I have some free time coming up over the next three days and the above list is what I have on hand.
My local homebrew suppliers are very limited on selection, but please make suggestions even if its not in my current inventory. I can try to find it or an acceptable substitute.

Thanks for the replies guys. I was drawing a complete blank on what to brew. Since I usually end up brewing something dark, I'm considering the pale ale. Doing a bit more research last night, I found a red ale recipe that looks pretty good too. The Oktoberfest and Porter are definitely going into my recipe file. Thanks again for the assistance.

Doppelsticke Alt. You'll be the first kid on the block with one. In my experience, you'll also be the last kid on the block with one. It's not really a summer beer, but since you live in Alaska, that shouldn't be an issue.

7.5 2-row
5.5 Munich
2.5 Wheat
.5 Crystal. It can be all one kind or a mix of your choice
.25 Roasted Barley or Pale Chocolate for color
Mash it hot, like 156
1.5oz Galena 60
2oz each Spalt and Mt Hood at flameout. Let steep at 180F for 30 minutes. You may as well add the 1/2oz EKG here too.
US-05 at around 64 degrees
1.075/1.019/7.5%
SRM 13-15
65ish IBUs
