starting my keezer.

Ok so im starting my own keezer build inspires by many on these boards.

Ive got a 5cft haier chest that i got for 30 bucks off Cl. going to do two taps as i dont go through beer to fast and still enjoy bottling.

So far ive got my collar.built using laminated pine in a butcher block cut and 90 degree caps to hide the seams. The pics are of it just sitting there as the glue is drying.

Im going to use a sct-1000 temp controller and and attwood sump fan to keep the air flowing. Cant wait for all my other gear to come in. And a big thanks to all those who have come before me to give me inspiration.

I just bought the same freezer at a garage sale last weekend. How tall did you make the collar?

Nice build! What are you using to power the attwood blower? I just got my attwood blower installed, and it is really loud.

Using an old cell phone charger cut off the end and wired it straight up.
