Yeah grains and hops! So stoked to get back to brewing, besides wild ghetto wild fermented one liter batches I'm doing. Thanks again for organizing this!

Ahh, sweet release. I need a cigarette.

I cant use 55# of smoke malt like PsuedoChef. Doing a variant of Cane & Ebel with some home smoked apple wood rye.

That bag eventually got split three ways - I only took home 18 lbs! Might have to go full sack on group buy #5!

That smoked malt smelled fantastic.

For those of you who plan on coming tomorrow, please let me know approximately what time? Thanks.

Bill, thanks for organizing this again and for the kegs.

Wegz, thanks for hooking us up with the hops order.

Oh yeah, big thanks to wegz15 for the hops buy that took place on the side. Also, huge thanks to starman for helping me immensely on the split orders. Another successful buy I think. Maybe in May we'll do another one.

Any time fellas. I did nothing compared to bill. Maybe next time we'll do a hops direct order to Saxe on shipping.

Still going, what great brew weather! Neighbors brought over steak and the guy across the fence has 7 cornies and co2 going to waste.

Rebuilding America one brew at a time.

Thanks again for organizing the buy GrainBill.

For future group buys that I run, I ask that all paypal payments be made with the buyer paying the paypal fees. Many of you made personal "gift" payments which paypal has noticed. If paypal freezes my account then we would all be screwed since I have no idea how long it takes to correct. I'll post the email later on. Thanks.

it was a while, im surre ppl are getting ready for another one :)

I'll be back in a week and a half and have new plans with family to build a certain thing that's not allowed to be talked about on this forum and it takes a lot of grain to make batches of this certain type of alcohol...

You're building a waffle iron, aren't you. I knew it. I love waffles.

I have an extra sack of 2 row if someone needs it. I wont get to it for a while. Must pickup in the city...asking cost.

Why aren't you using it for yourself?

I have an abundance and I need to brew more?

yep. you don't have too much grain you just aren't brewing enough. grain is like money, you can never have too much of it. Unfortunately for me, I have more grain than money.

You sir are a level above me. I use Ball jars....but im open to a swap.

This thread is turning into a sort of a yeast swingers board with all of the "swap" talk. Just saying...

Brewing a two hearted clone today

<img src="https://www.homebrewtalk.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=58176"/>

Nice set up. I have a two hearted clone on tap and another keg conditioning/carbing in my temp controlled freezer. Also have two kegs of negra modelo clone and two kegs of a victoria clone that belong to a friend. My second temp controlled chest gas two carboys of bohemian pilsner and munich lager respectively. Oh, and I forgot about my keg of american lager that has been lagering at my friend's meat company walk in cooler. Did I mention my keg of belgian strong ale that has been conditioning since december? Might brew one more time and take a couple of months off during the summer...and enjoy some lagers.

Were people able to get Thomas fawcett amber malt? My wife loves the 90 min clone on here.
