Looks good, although I'd probably drop the cara/crystal malt, it is hard enough to get extract beers to dry out without the added unfermentables. Good luck.
 
So, remove both specialty grains of just the 40L? Keep the wheat DME?

I'd remove both of the specialty malts. Carapils is just a really light crystal malt.

Wheat DME is fine, you should be around 1.063 for your OG with it.
