I'm going to the beach in a few months and I'd like to have some kind of fruity type light novelty beer. And before you make fun of me, this is IN ADDITION to some IPA's and a Belgian Tripel so this is just to throw something ineresting, light and fruity into the mix and also just because I like experimenting.

Anyone with recipes that they have tried and can recommend? I was considering messing around with using Lemonade extract to make a "summer beer" or maybe something with various fruit extracts? I remember having some kind of Sam Adams berry beer and it was weird in a kinda candy-soda-smirnoff ice way....Looking for something along those lines. My preference is for the recipe to be extract or partial mash. Thanks!

EdWort's Apfelwein is popular and so is skeeter pee. I know you didn't ask for these but you may want to try them anyway. I plan to next fall.
