Hi guys, i just imported to Cyprus around 600 Kgs of Weyermann malts, with the purpose to use them in my brews, and sell to other homebrewers.
Am not quite sure i would be able to sell it untill june 2014, when it is its expiration date.
What i was wondering is, would it be ok if i use it after the expiration date for my brews?

So you're talking about 18 months from now? I think that's pushing it. If you store it properly it should be fine for over a year, but I don't know if I'd recommend selling it at that point. I mean, you could be selling it to someone else who'd be hanging onto it for a year after that. That's a lot of malt.
