I have a couple of beers on tap. A kolsch and a molson clone. They were tasting really good , untill I went on vacation. I was gone a week. I just got home today and tried both beers and they tasted pretty bitter. Could it be the gas? I purged both kegs.. Any ideas?

Warm beer that was hanging out in the lines? Did you try another pint or two?

that was my thought too...its not the keg'd beer, but the beer sitting in the tap lines for a week that got a lil funky.

I agree with Liquidicem - overcarbed beer. It sat there for a week and overcarbed... now you have carbonic bite. I've had it mine before.
