Thinking of entering the following in a upcoming comp. I'm thinkin Baltic Porter category maybe a RIS?, but not sure...

3 gal batch
OG 1.085
FG 1.022
IBU 70's
SRM= BLACK

6lbs Maris Otter
3lbs Light Munich 10L
1lb Pale Chocolate (added during vorlauf)
1lb Honey (added as 10min addition)

1 oz Magnum @ FWH -
Safale 05

Technically it has in the 70's for IBU's, but with the FWH it's no where near that. This sucker has no harshness/bitterness at all. Very subtle roastiness, but man it's smooth chocolate almost dark fruity goodness. Little help? Thanks

The more i think about it, it's more towards a RIS. Just had to talk out loud i guess.

Think im entering it as a RIS. Just tastes more like a porter to me. Very subtle roast/harshness.
