How and when do I use it? Does it get added to my boil or to my fermentor? At what stage of the boil do I add it? How much do I use? Any and all advice would be greatly appreciated!

You can add it to boil to sterilize it, amount depends on manufacture. There should be instructions on package.
I don't use nutrient for fermentation as wort should have enough nutrients for healthy fermentation, I am using it only for starters.

I usually use 1/2 tsp with 15 min to go along with whirlfloc and immersion chiller.
