My Friend and I are about 2 weeks into fermentation of an amber ale. When do you think we should put it into bottles for maximum taste?

For my Haus Amber, I ferment for two weeks at about 62*F, cold crash for about four days, then keg.

That is fermenting with US-05 yeast.

YMMV

I racked my amber ale to a secondary on day 7 and then bottled on day 14. Mine didn't require any dry hopping or anything, so I didn't see a need to wait another week.
