Are they safe to use *inside* a mash tun?
I have both the black rubber ones and red silicone. I know the red silicone is better for high temps but the black ones have a tighter fit around the 3/8" brass nipple.
Seeing as temps will never reach boiling in the mash tun I'm hoping the black o-ring will be ok to use inside.
