Hi,
Recently I have been brewing lots of bitters. Mostly ESB's but I really would like to be able to get an Ordinary Bitter and a Special Bitter going.
It's really to get a quaffable and sessionable beer.
I often use Safale S-04 or Wyeast 1028.
Do any of you guys prefer a strain from these labs over the others.?
