I found a stock pot listed at 18/0 for the Stainless Steel grade which means 18% chrome and 0% nickel. Not sure how it can SS without nickel content. Would this be ok to use?

as far as I know, it has to contain a minimum of something like 10% chromium to be considered stainless. It does not need to contain nickel to be stainless.
