I am in the midst of brewing a partigyle batch. Grain bill is below:

Grains & Adjuncts
Amount Percentage Name Time Gravity
1.00 lbs 8.16 % Briess Carapils 60 mins 1.034
0.75 lbs 6.12 % Briess White Malt Wheat 60 mins 1.039
1.00 lbs 8.16 % Briess Caramel 40L 60 mins 1.034
9.50 lbs 77.55 % Briess 2-Row Pale Ale Malt 60 mins 1.037

Just mashed in and thanks to my oven, it has been holding a steady 152 for 30 minutes.

That should hit about 1.057 on a 5.5 gallon batch. I expect the first runnings to be in the neighborhood of 1.079 for 2.75 gallons. So that batch is going to go with this:

Hops
Amount IBU's Name Time AA %
0.44 ozs 16.11 Goldings, East Kent 60 mins 5.60
0.25 ozs 1.40 Fuggles 5 mins 4.30

With
Wyeast 1098 British Ale Yeast

Also I'm going to move it to secondary after a few weeks on top of some med french oak and bourbon.

The second runnings are going to get a few additions:

6.00 ozs 9.38 % Aromatic Malt 60 mins 1.036
2.00 ozs 3.12 % Special B Malt 60 mins 1.030
0.75 lbs 18.75 % Corn Sugar (Dextrose) 60 mins 1.046

I am going to add the additional grain to the mash prior to pulling the second runnings.

Hops
Amount IBU's Name Time AA %
1.00 ozs 15.50 Styrian Goldings 20 mins 3.40
0.50 ozs 5.70 Saaz 5 mins 7.60

And finally:
WYeast 3711 French Saison

Still mashing at this point, but 30 minutes to go till the burner fires for the boil.
