I want to combine Thunderstruck pumpkin ale with the Samhain Pumpkin ale.

I came up with this..
5 gallon recipe
1.064 OG, 1.016 FG, 6.4% ABV

Pale 2 row - 7Lb
Caramel/Crystal 60L - 2Lb
Biscuit Malt - 1Lb
Flaked Wheat - 1Lb
Rice Hulls - 1 Lb
60oz of Canned Pumpkin, carmelized
1/4Lb Molasses
2 tsp Cinnamon+
1 tablet Whirfloc
Dennys Favorite 50 yeast
Vanilla bean in secondary

Hops, I was thinking
1oz Liberty @ 60 mins
.5oz Crystal @10 mins
.5oz Simcoe @ Flameout

Is that an odd choice of Hops? I thought Liberty because it has some spicy cinnamon notes, Crystal for its spice, cinnamon and nutmeg, and simcoe for its piney notes
Beer Calculus shows 16.5 IBu, I would think it would closer to 25..

Does the recipe look ok?

you dont really want much hop presence in a pumpkin beer; you dont want to cover up the spices, vanilla, and pumpkin flavor.

I would not use simcoe at 0, its a pretty strong hop. Ive had good luck using noble hops like hallertau in my pumpkin beers, but my favorites have been fuggle or willamette.

If i were making a pumpkin beer this year I would do Willamette at 60min and Willamette or fuggle at 30 or 20min, nothing later for aroma since i dont want to cover up the pumpkin spice.

Mt. Hood, Cluster, and Magnum are most often used I would say.

Definitely not Simcoe.
