I am currently planning on a dogfish head clone (90 min IPA) this weekend, but my local homebrew store doesn't carry any of the hops the recipe calls for- Amarillo, Warrior, or Simcoe. Rather they mostly have English and New Zealand hops. Anyone have any ideas for good substitutions. I really appreciate the help. You can check out this link for their hop selection. :)

They also don't carry the Ringwood strain of yeast, so I was thinking of going for the wyeast California V or Pacific (http://www.breworganic.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=851).

For the Warrior, I might use the Pacific Gem, they're about 16% AA, I think warrior is about 15%. You can substitute cascade for simcoe, they're pretty similar. I'm not sure about the Amarillo, you may be able to sub with cascade also.
