my 2nd year centennials are producing loads of cones, but they're not ready for harvest yet...
 
My cascade is also producing cones, but not even close to harvesting. My nugget always lags behind.
 
Give them some more time. We've got lots of burrs but few cones. With all the hot weather we've had in the midwest just give them a good drink every few days and let them do their thing.
