Looking for some feedback here.
I was taking a look at this as a potential brew stand:

My thinking is I can put the burner and kettle in the middle, and have my mash and liquor tuns (bother coolers) either side.
Pump and plate chiller mounted at the front of the shelf.
Can anyone envision any specific flaws? I've been using a gravity system of sorts for the past couple of years so this is new territory for me.
I just bought a chugger pump and want to get some brew stand action going.
I was also looking at this cheaper alternative, but I wouldn't be able to get everything on the same level, I'd have to add another shelf, and it just doesn't look as stable:

Thoughts and feedback are appreciated!
