I wasn't expecting the hops I added to my wort to explode like it did, I threw the hops in and It made a freakishly huge mess on my stove. My main concern is did I loose my hopping flavor or aroma. I am getting ready to bottle tomarrow, and I hope it goes well. I was doing the 60 minute full boil I didn't add any extra hops at the end just the 60 min hops. anyone have this happen how was the hop flavor?
