im not much of imperial stout fan but im trying to embrace the style. i prefer ipa and dipa. so this week i picked up a few new ones i have yet to try. with the exception of the 3f. i tried the resin last night, it a very easy drinking dipa. i liked it and i can see this one getting you into trouble real fast :p

widmer pitch black
lagunitas imperial stout
founders kbs
southern tier gemini
sixpoint resin
3f dreadnaught

I feel you, OP. I don't care for bitter beers, myself - IPAs are just not my thing. Heck, I don't even care for pale ales.

But I keep trying them in an effort to expand my palate.

Have you tried an Imperial black ale yet? Its almost a blend between a Imperial Stout and a IIPA. I would recommend trying either Firestone Wookey Jack, or Stone Sublimely Self-Righteous.

picked up some widmer bro - nelsen imperial ipa, revolution - galaxy hero and dark horse - crooked tree today
