Is this IPA infected?

It smells fine and doesn't taste sour. I have never seen anything on the surface of my beer before, so I assume it is infected.

All opinions welcome. Just want to know before I dry hop.

Kind of hard to tell, can be yeast and hop particles. If it smells and taste fine let it sit and see if It falls. .
 
Yeah, it smells great and doesn't taste sour. I have never seen one of my beers before 3 weeks either. I am going to add my dry hops and let it sit another week.

I guess it is relevant to say this beer is 2 weeks in. S-05 pitched dry.
Fermented in a room that is 68* 24 hours a day.
 
I also use Us-05. I've seen that on some of my batches. I too was worried, but turned out fine. Probably just hop/leftover krasen that hasn't dropped. No need to worry! =)
 
Yeah your fine I get that all the time in my real hoppy batches. Matter of fact some commercial IPAs always seem to have those specs at the bottom of the bottle.
