Haven't made a yeast starter for a brew in about 6 months or so. I still have the DME from the last one I made in a zip lock bag. If I wanted to use this to make a starter tomorrow would it still be good to go or should I buy some more DME to make my starter? I'm not really sure of the shelf life.
