Imperial Red Ale

"Jake's Imperial Crimson" -- yessir an Imperial Red Ale -- which took home first place in the strong ales category at last year's Los Angeles County Fair! This is a rebrewed version that's a little stronger (9.5%).

I usually don't guess unless I have time to look over the clues well... I'm still usually wrong, but still. Baby making me tired today...
 
I though you were guessing the dogfish head product, which was silly of me because it's spelled differently. :drunk:

Oh, yeah I made actual beer sahti. 2-row, rye malt, juniper branches boiled in the mash liquor, just a bit of hops.



And I'm going to guess Ginger IPA
 
Nope to all. Another clue: it's a double-violator. One or two ingeedients are added, one ingredient is missing.
