want to use the least amount of ingredents as i can.

maybe use.

3 pounds of 2 row
1/2 pound of flaked corn
1/4 pound of honey malt
1/2 pound of flaked rice

1/4 oz. of cluster hops AA of 5.5 for 60 mins
1/4 oz. of crystal hops AA of 3.1 for 30 mins

might use Danstar Nottingham Ale Yeast since i have it here.
what do you think?

Bump the corn to 1lb and replace the honey malt with Victory and you got yourself a winner.

OG would be 1.047
the IBU would be 15
the color would be 5
FG would be 1.012

don't have Victory malt here but i do have Brown Malt.

Never used Brown malt, so not sure if it would sub well for Victory. You could always just go with some Carapils, Crystal 10 or Biscuit in place of the Victory

OK more like this

3 pounds of 2 row
1 pound of flaked corn
1/2 pound of flaked rice
1/4 pound of Victory malt

.300 oz. of cluster hops AA of 5.50for 60 mins
.300 oz. of crystal hops AA of 3.1 for 60 mins

OG would be 1.054
the IBU would be 20

.500 oz. of crystal hops AA of 3.1 for 60 mins

I think that you can remove the rice since you have the corn in there. 1/2 lb Carapils should do it.

So it would be:
3 lb 2 Row
1 lb Flaked Corn
1/2 Carapils

Best recipe yet...no victory or brown malt in a cream ale. The above will work well
