So the summer is coming in a few months and the temp is going to start going up.
I have seen many Golden ales/Kolsch/Wheat recipes on this website and they all sound good but was wondering if any of you have your own recipes you would like to share for a great summer brew???

:mug:

How about creating your own SMaSH recipe?

Only need to choose a base malt and your favourite hops. If you used a simple base malt and some American hops you'd be able to ferment it warmish with US56 and it would be great cold for the after work beer.

I just did a Apricot Summer Ale.

It was a mini mash.

3 lbs Light DME
2 lbs Wheat DME

1.5 lbs Munich
1 lbs Crystal 15L

1 oz Cascade at 60 min
0.5 oz Cascade at 15 min
0.5 oz Cascade at 5 min

1/2 Bottle Apricot Extract added to secondary
2 lbs fresh apricots (home pasteurized) added to secondary (frozen can be substituted)
