2 quick questions about my water profile

Hello everyone,

I would like to know if Total Alkalinity is the same as Alkalinity (as CaCO3)? it does not say on my water report CaCO3 it just says Total Alkalinity.

Also is I would like to know what my HCO3 is, it does not say that anywhere on the report nor does it list anything about Bicarbonate.

this it what it has:

Chloride: 13.40 ppm
Sodium: 3.21 ppm
Sulfate: 13.8 ppm
Calcium: 15.2 ppm
Magnesium: 1.12 ppm
Hardness: 46.7 ppm
pH: 7.29 ppm
Total Alkalinity: 31.9 ppm

some clarification would help me get a handle on this.

There's a formula to convert total alk (which is CaCO3) to HCO3 but you only need one of the numbers for the profile utilities.

Now the question is what is the formula to convert total alk to HCO3?

EDIT: I figured it out the HCO3 I calculated is 39
