It all depends on what you're brewing or planning to brew.

If you go with a 60qt Ice Cube or something, I'd say you're in good shape.
 
Assuming you want 10.5 gallons to your fermenter(s), and you get 70% efficiency, you need roughly:

25 lbs grain for 1.060 OG (10 gallons mash capacity at 1.25 qt/lb)
33 lbs grain for 1.080 OG (13 gallons mash capacity at 1.25 qt/lb)
42 lbs grain for 1.100 OG (17 gallons mash capacity at 1.25 qt/lb)

The volume amounts are "maxed out", you'll want more space for sparging.

The most I have had in my 80qt MLT is like 35# with a 1.3g/pound mash + mashout. But that was for a BIG 5 gal batch.... So happy that I went big on the MLT. :rockin:
