Thank You

So about 4 months ago I brewed my 3rd batch which was 7.0 ABV. I was and still am a noob and tasted it 3 weeks after brewing. Well I was really disappointed not to mention disheartened . But after reading enough threads about leaving it alone, I did. Well today I had a glass and all I can say is omg. You guys are god. LOL. To all the noobs like me, never throw out your beer. Thanks for the advice guys.

i second that...this forum has been incredibly helpful in starting this great hobby. and it really is smart to listen to the advice the more advanced brewers on here have to give...they speak the truth
