Anyone have any experience with something similiar? Here is the inspiration it came from: https://www.homebrewtalk.com/f69/ithaca-flower-power-clone-319619/

Malt
Looks really sweet. I'd cut the honey and C40 to .5lb each (at most) if you want to keep them. Otherwise, I'd omit the C40 altogether and put the Honey Malt at .5 lb.

Hops
I would combine the 45 and 30 min additions to one 20 min addition.
I would combine the 20, 10, and 5 min additions to one 10 min addition (or just whirlpool with them).

Agree with GlenF that this beer will be very sweet. And you want at most 5lbs of honey malt. Honey malt comes through very strong even in small amounts.

I would recommend using less than a .5lbs (maybe .25lbs) of honey malt if you intend on using the c-40. If you drop the c-40 all together, .5lbs should be fine. Personally I would keep the c-40 at .5lbs and drop the honey malt down to .25.
