Hey guys, so I'm planning on making a little rhubarb wheat beer and, as stated, I need help figure some stuff out.
I have my grain bill all set up and ready to purchase but here's the thing... I don't know if I should make a jam out of the rhubarb to help kill off a little of the tartness of it and also to make sure that I actually get that flavor into the beer OR just add it to secondary and hope for the best.
