Hello folks,

I'm looking to see if any of you here know any really good books / articles that discuss contemporary brewing and it's progression. Not so much on the technical side like Palmer's book but more on the theory behind it.

Any help would be amazing,

Designing Great Beers by Ray Daniels goes into the different variables and ingredients that effect beer, as well as some history on many styles, without going into details on the brewing process.

Not sure if this is what you are looking for...
