158F seems a bit hot, you'll get a less fermentable wort that way.

But, I'm not a pale ale or IPA drinker, so maybe that is normal for the style.
 
Not a normal temp for a pale ale, but would be nice for a dopplebock or scottish /80.

With a 15 lb grain bill, that's going to be nice and chewy.
