I'm wanting to make JZ's WIC. So what kind of tubing can handle boiling water? It looks like the specialized tubing on more beer's site can only handle up to 185 degrees. Obviously to sanitize the pump & tubing we would like to run the pump for a few minutes toward the end of the boil; thus the tubing must be able to handle boiling temperatures.

You will want to get some 1/2" silicone tubing it is rated up to 500F. It's great stuff, pliable even when room temp and food safe.

Austin Homebrew Supply

Morebeer has it on the same page you linked.

Technically the reinforced vinyl tubing will handle boiling temps, but as you apply pressure has a higher chance of failure. Plus you may leach some chemicals out once it gets hot, whether it will be enough to be unhealthy is debatable.

Sweet. I just ordered the tubing a march pump, etc. I look forward to using the WIC
