81% 28lb Thomas Fawcett Maris Otter Malt
9% 3lb Flaked Oats
4% 1.5lb Muntons Chocolate Malt
4% 1.5lb Briess Roasted Barley
2% .75lb Belgian Special B

first wort 90 min ½ East Kent Goldings ~ pellet 7.1
boil 60 min 4 Challenger ~ pellet 7.5
boil 20 min 1 ½ East Kent Goldings ~ pellet 7.1

London Ale (1028)

Does it need anything else? Quantities of special grains look good?

That's funny. Tis the season for stouts.

I brewed something similar to this last year but toned down the roasted barley in mine for this one. Had 3 lbs in it last year. Replaced some of that with some chocolate malt. Mine will be going into a bourbon barrel with vanilla beans.
 
Very nice! Shooting for some similar to the barrel aged B.O.R.I.S? That should turn out nice. I can't decide how much chocolate to put in this one. Brewing this with/for a friend and we tasted 6 Oatmeal Stouts yesterday. We decided we didn't want the chocolate flavor to be dominate. I like your recipe, and it should work well for a barrel aged beer. Just need to figure out if I want to add a bit of non-malted black barley to mine.
