I am doing the morebeer.com PTE clone all grain kit today. It has a pound of sugar that it suggests go in in the last 10 min of the boil.
Is there any harm in adding it in pre-boil? I am sparging now. I figure it would be easier to mix in before it's boiling and I have most of my hops in place. etc.
