This is new in the box, I got it like a week ago and ended up not needing it.

$20 + $5 USPS S/H = $25 via paypal.

$25 and you got a deal. I paid $35 for it and took it out of the box for a picture ;) It would ship Monday morning, USPS Priority, i'm out of town until then.
 
It will work as long as you can drill the proper size and secure it tightly with the nut and seal.
