Racked my yeast to a secondary after 1 week in my primary. I added gelatin to the secondary, and plan to let it clear for 5 days. Should I add fresh yeast to the bottling bucket before racking to the bottling bucket? It seems to me that it defeats the purpose to add gelatin in the first place to precipitate yeast out in the secondary only to reintroduce it during bottling. Please let me know your opinions.

Thanks

There will still be yeast in the beer to carbonate the bottles. It will probably take a few more weeks, but you should be fine.
