I thought about dry hopping with something different just to add complexity.
Maybe that's a mistake. Dry hopping with more citra seems to be the consensus.
I may use some columbus or chinook as well.

Good call on limiting the crystal malt. I'm heading this way myself. I used 4 lbs crystal 40 in my last 10 gallon IPA batch - and it came out way too dark. I'm curious though as to the .25 lb of crystal 10l - is that even noticeable at all? What's the intent with so little of so light a color? I was thinking of just deleting it all together from my IPA recipes.
 
I agree that it may not be noticeable at all. Seems unlikely.
I usually use a pound and a half of 40L but was advised to not use any.
Its hard to mentally let go I suppose.
I guess the 1/4# was just to ween myself off! :)
I've read and heard good things about single malt ipa's.
Can't wait to try it.
