I posted this to general forum but didn't get a response.

I'm looking for an all grain recipe that can approximate sam smith's pure brew lager. The beer has an amazing soft taste to it.
 
Bumping. For lager gurus out there, would you say this beer is closer to a Munich Helles or a Pilsner? To me, it tastes like a Helles. Thanks to any tips!
 
They are super tight about their recipes and they use proprietary everything so best of luck, a friend and me have been trying to get pale ale clone but its hard to find any info.
