Just so I make sure I got this right...
Strike water - 6.25 gallons at 165.9 that should come down to 154 when I add my grains to the mash tun
Sparge - 7 gal 18oz at 168
Do I need to Mash Out?
How does 6.25 + 7.14 + 3.5 = 16.89 become a13.69 gallon boil size? Is BS accounting for loss due to absorption?
