nice, im wondering how well you hit your temps, was it a lot of trouble with such a huge grist?
 
We hit the EF dead on, the IPA was another story. This was only the second time that we'd used my buddy's mlt and we missed mash temp by about 4 degrees so we pulled out some of the mash and heated it to raise the temperature. All turned out well.
