Went to put some fermcap in my starter and it was slightly stuck then squirted out quickly and I probably added about 15-20 drops easily (in one large/quick squirt). Any ideas if this will hurt yeast in any way or just REALLY keep that foam down?

Nope, it's inert stuff, i'm fairly certain it's too big to go through the cell membrane. Pretty much the same stuff that's in gas-x, if it disrupted cells in any way the FDA probably would have yanked it.
