I finally made a beer that i really like...

I've made 5 batches of beer so far. An ale, Kolsch, Czech Pilsner and an IPA. The Belgian is in the bottle conditioning phase. Oh ya Edwort, The Apfelwein is up there too. But my favorite so far is the Czech Pils..It's an extract but it's so good. I have little left and haven't started another one. I didn't realize it was gonna be so tasty. It's so friggin good...

What beer have you made that turned out really good? Do you have a beer that you make more than others? What's you house beer? I have 12 left...

Now the challenge is to repeat the recipe. I don't really have a house beer, more of a house style, as I always have a Brown on tap.

I think irish stout is the kind of beer gave me the best results
