I see a lot of Brutus 10 and 20 on HBT, but i don't see the difference in the process. Can somebody explain the difference in the to system and in the procedure also.

I also see some with 2 vessels and some with 3:drunk:

Luc.

Brutus 20 uses 2 vessels the 10 uses three.

The 20 does not have an HLT.

The difference in the process is that on the 20 you introduce all of your sparge water after the mash, and recirculate it until the sugar concentration is homogeneous and then drain to the BK.

Slightly different, they both make beer. I have a "20", it has a smaller footprint and by default it will keep my sparge PH nice and low.

so the Brutus 20 is the cross-sparge thing and Brutus 10 is like a traditional 3 vessel 1 tier sparge from HLT to MLT and drain from MLT to kettle.
