I Brewed 10 gallons of my Belgian Wit last night. Its for my GF's B-day, her and all her friends love the stuff and it's 8%abv:D

Also I got to partially use my new brew rig and try some alterations i made to the recipe replacing honey with Candi-Sugar(which i made myself)

looks GREAT!! I for the life of me can't ever seem to make a good wit...I don't know what it is, it all ways seems to come out bitter.
 
Looks like you have the equipment for all grain, any reason you are still using extract?
I don't have my MLT setup yet, i hoping "Santa" will bring the rest of what i need.

That looks dark for a Wit. Is it just the light.
It is the light, i ferment in my basement so the lighting isn't very great...plus the camera i use is pretty crappy.
