My blueberry wheat has been in secondary for four weeks and it won't clear. I think I must have set the pectin in it. Will finings work to clear this or should I try some pectic enzyme? Or should I drink cloudy beer?

we are simply misunderstood.

I hope your wheat turns out well. I made a blueberry wheat in November, and had to dump it in the bushes in December (it soured.)

No you didn't.

For crying out loud, stop your B*tching. Wheat beer is supposed to be cloudy anyways (LMAO) :D

Man Cheyco, your beers come out! It's gonna taste great! Especially if you like blueberries:) It'll be cool and whats even more cool is if someone asks you about it being cloudy you can tell them wheats are cloudy :rockin: Can't loose!

Maybe we swapped carboys... I can't get the blueberry aftertaste outta my Gewurztraminer...
