HELP Is this a good deal??

I have been trying to get a draft tower for my keezer and I came across this one. Asking price $485, I offered him $350 and he said yes if I pick it up today. Let me now your thoughts.

Considering a new glycol cooled unit is close to $1500, id say $300 isn't a bad deal.

I don't think it includes the glycol unit.

Right now I have 5 beers that need to be tapped, I am afraid I will never hit the 8 beer mark. All this time I have been only looking for a 5 tap tower. Can I still use my small 5lb CO2 tank?
