I am making a control box much like the from Kal at The Electric Brewery. Here is my problem.
I had everything but the meters wired up and it worked great. I wired the amp meter and it tripped the circuit. I tried various things and nothing worked. I disconnected the connections from the shunt and then everything was fine again. The amp meter was reading some random numbers, but it was on. Any idea what's going on?
